Larkin Group CEO Jeremy Larkin shot this video on 1/27/19 specifically for their Seller clients who are feeling a bit mystified at the shifting market in Washington County. Buyers are widely rejecting list prices after the craziest Seller’s market in a decade. Not surprisingly, the shift is similar to what California and Nevada are seeing. Leaning on experience gleaned from 1200+ home sales, Larkin outlines both the problem and solution in this St. George Real Estate overview. This video is a great watch even, and maybe ESPECIALLY, for other Realtors looking to better understand the dynamics of home pricing in a shifting market.

I asked Jeremy to come and see about listing my home. It is an pioneer home, which has been upgraded over the years. It could be a signature home for someone, once it is fixed up. Jeremy was very professional, and gave me some counterintuitive advice: He said if it was his house, he would not list it with him!! That is honesty. We have someone who is interested in buying the home directly. Jeremy could have given me the song and dance, and tried to get the listing. He was up front enough to give me honest advice, which loses him a listing, but which gains him a life long friend and believer. That you cannot get from just any real estate broker. Jesse Poll has been a fabulous realtor. I was tasked with selling my mothers house when we put her in a nursing home. I was actually an out of state seller (AZ) when I was told to contact Jesse at the Larkin Group. The sale went extremely smooth & the house sold in 3 days for more than the asking price. This sale went extremely well & I was able to take care of everything from here in AZ while Jesse was the Boots on the Ground person in Utah. My thoughts are if it went this well for me being out of state I would have no problem dealing directly. & would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

Selling our home in St. George could have been challenging since this was not our permanent residence and we literally live across the ocean!

Michelle was a great asset to me when I was going through my move. We had our home listed with another firm and after insults and horrible service we pulled it off the market. Robert Mcfarlane approached us stated he would get us exactly what we wanted NO exceptions. We were very hesitant but decided to move forward.
