St. George Local Jeremy Larkin & The Larkin Group vie for “Best of Southern Utah” Two Years Running
St. George, Utah – Well-known St. George Real Estate Agent and Radio Personality Jeremy Larkin and his “Larkin Group” Real Estate Consulting firm have entered the 2020 race for “Best of Southern Utah.”
“We are in ‘competition’ with some really great friends and competitors who run great businesses,” said Larkin. “So, we were blown away in 2019 to have our clients and peers name us the best Real Estate Agent and Team in Southern Utah!”
Born and raised in Utah’s Dixie, Larkin is a 2nd generation local who is well known for his business and community involvement under the slogan, “We Know This Town!” His Larkin Group Real Estate team, operating under the Keller Williams Realty Brokerage banner, have organized the “St. George Basket Brigade” event the last three years, delivering nearly 600 Thanksgiving meals to Washington County families.
“We love this community! Our livelihood and the success of our clients depends on it. So I’m ok with some ribbing from my friends about “knowing this town,” remarked Larkin. The Best of Southern Utah, a contest put on by Canyon Media Group and hosted by St. George’s “House of Hearing”, showcases the best of nearly 1100 Southern Utah businesses who were nominated in 10 different general categories.
“One thousand fifty individual businesses were nominated this year. That is a record number,” said Canyon Media’s Shane Brinkerhoff.

I asked Jeremy to come and see about listing my home. It is an pioneer home, which has been upgraded over the years. It could be a signature home for someone, once it is fixed up. Jeremy was very professional, and gave me some counterintuitive advice: He said if it was his house, he would not list it with him!! That is honesty. We have someone who is interested in buying the home directly. Jeremy could have given me the song and dance, and tried to get the listing. He was up front enough to give me honest advice, which loses him a listing, but which gains him a life long friend and believer. That you cannot get from just any real estate broker. Jesse Poll has been a fabulous realtor. I was tasked with selling my mothers house when we put her in a nursing home. I was actually an out of state seller (AZ) when I was told to contact Jesse at the Larkin Group. The sale went extremely smooth & the house sold in 3 days for more than the asking price. This sale went extremely well & I was able to take care of everything from here in AZ while Jesse was the Boots on the Ground person in Utah. My thoughts are if it went this well for me being out of state I would have no problem dealing directly. & would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

Selling our home in St. George could have been challenging since this was not our permanent residence and we literally live across the ocean!

Michelle was a great asset to me when I was going through my move. We had our home listed with another firm and after insults and horrible service we pulled it off the market.
