I asked Jeremy to come and see about listing my home. It is an pioneer home, which has been upgraded over the years. It could be a signature home for someone, once it is fixed up. Jeremy was very professional, and gave me some counterintuitive advice: He said if it was his house, he would not list it with him!! That is honesty. I was tasked with selling my mothers house when we put her in a nursing home. I was actually an out of state seller (AZ) when I was told to contact Jesse at the Larkin Group. The sale went extremely smooth & the house sold in 3 days for more than the asking price.
