Born and raised in St. George, our CEO Jeremy Larkin is known in the area as “The Voice of St. George Real Estate” and likes to call himself the “Chief Evangelist for Utah’s Dixie.” A graduate of Dixie High School, Dixie State and Southern Utah Universities, Jeremy has built a career, brand, and life for his family in this beautiful location where he bikes, golfs and even skis (yes on the snow) with his 4 kids at Brianhead just up I-15. Jesse Poll Real Estate Consultant
With a heart bigger than his body, Larkin Groups all around guy, Jesse Poll may simply be the most beloved person on the team! We say "All Around Guy" because there is nothing Jesse wouldn't do to help the team, or a client. After 20 years in the hospitality Industry holding every position you could think of, Jesse graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and ventured into the world of real estate. You truly have to meet Jesse to fully comprehend his passion for delivering happiness to others – a true servant. Maybe the most proud Grandpa in town, Jesse shares this thought: “At the end of the day I always want to know in my heart that I have done all I could do for our clients and anyone else that shows up in our world here at the Larkin Group.” And he means it!
Michelle Evans Real Estate Consultant
Passionate for St. George and St. George area Real Estate, Michelle oversees all Buyer client operations for the Larkin Group and she knows her stuff! After being raised in the midst of cornfields and pig farms in the Midwest, Michelle went on to spend time in Provo, UT, Hokkaido, Japan, 5 summers in Jackson, Wyoming, and a stint in Sunny Southern California before fate, luck and the Gods brought her to Paradise - St. George, Utah. (Talk about a whirl-wind tour!) What we may like best about Michelle has nothing to do with real estate, rather her incredible character and ability to make us BELLY LAUGH with theatrical antics! Jessica Taggart Marron Real Estate Consultant
Jessica hails from Cody, Wyoming, and is thrilled to live in Washington County. Before entering Real Estate, Jessica graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Spanish and English and then later received a Master's Degree in Education from Montana State University-Billings. She combined her two loves of Spanish and English (Spanglish?) and taught for 10 years prior to entering real estate. Her ability to serve her clients with compassion and a sense of humor has helped many families successfully navigate one of the most stressful times of life with ease and confidence. Jessica has done professional interior design work and works to create a luxury experience at every price point. When not working, she loves to explore the world. She has traveled extensively through Central and South America and parts of Western Europe. She loves a good movie, curling up with a great book, and spending time with her wonderful daughter and hilarious husband.
Taylor Yates Real Estate Consultant
If you’re wanting to have someone make you look good through the real estate process, look no further than the tall, dark & handsome Taylor Yates. Ok - Taylor’s wife INSISTED this be part of his bio! :) Taylor was raised in Southern Utah and before turning his focus and experience to real estate, he graduated from DSU and went on to build a multimillion-dollar network marketing business with his wife. From there he spent 2 years helping well-known national home Builder Holmes Homes expand their production into St. George and surrounding areas. Today we’re lucky to have his expertise, and neatly pressed white shirt with a bowtie, working with Larkin Group clients! When he’s not in the office working hard for his clients, he’s on the golf course or with his family.
Marlene Mussehl Real Estate Consultant
Marlene was born and raised in Northern Utah but has called St George her home for over 20 years now. Before getting into Real Estate, she may have served you a delicious meal from one of the local restaurants she worked in. It was during that time she discovered her love for meeting new people and making friends with everyone she meets. One of her favorite things about working with clients is helping support them through the moving process. This is a big transition in someone’s life, and she likes being a part of their story. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband, kids, and her many siblings…a total of 15 brothers and sisters! She can also be found experimenting with a new recipe cooking up a storm, or showing us her moves on the dance floor.
Jess Evans Real Estate Consultant
Jess spent her early childhood in California before her family relocated to gorgeous Southern Utah. She graduated from Snow Canyon High School and went on to study at Dixie State University. After a short time in Orem, Utah scraping the ice off of her windshield each morning, she quickly realized before she’s a St. George gal through and through! With a gymnastics background, she is still involved and loves nutrition and fitness, so when she’s not dealing with Real Estate you will most likely find her in the gym or curled up next to her kittens with a good book. Jess has always had a love and passion for helping people, and she finds loads of joy using that passion in helping clients through the emotional rigors of the real estate process!
Lori May Showing Partner
Lori is an experienced problem solver with a can-do attitude which pairs perfectly with our Real Estate business. After a successful 25-year career in the beauty industry as a Stylist and Salon Owner, Lori understands the true value of customer service. Having her Utah Real license, Lori is passionate about taking care of our clients and the many details that go into each transaction. When not at the office, you can find Lori playing with her darling grandbabies and enjoying her 5 children which she feels are her greatest accomplishment and the light of her life!
Kerrie Sanders Director of Operations
Being a Utah girl, St. George was Kerrie’s second home for many years. When the opportunity came to make it her only home, she jumped! Kerrie’s owned and ran a restaurant franchising company with 28 locations. After selling, she moved into a large corporation helping develop and grow it to over 13,000 employees. We met Kerrie when she hired us to sell her home! We crushed it of course :), and then began courting her to help us grow our operation. Kerrie also has 25 yrs. experience as a Real Estate investor, and holds her Utah Real Estate license. She brings years of experience, knowledge and leadership skills to our team as our Director of Operations. When not in the “Larkin Salt mines” she can be found on the golf course or painting some really beautiful art!
Jennifer Stevens Director of Growth
Jennifer is a Montana girl, but St. George is her home! She was drawn to The Larkin Group culture and left the corporate world where she led a team of over 300 employees. Jennifer is our Director of Growth. She loves bringing in new agents and grooming them with our solid training program and continued support. This position is the perfect fit for her because her deepest joy is in helping people figure out how to win in life. She has also been with Pampered Chef for over 25 years, which is strange because she claims she is 40! Jen loves to cook and entertain for her side gig. She has 4 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and loves spending time with them. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, lounging by the pool, gardening, and antiquing. We also need to note that she has a shoe addiction, however she says it is not her fault because she was born near National Shoe Day.

Taylor Lemmon, a Salt Lake City native, moved to St George 3 years ago. While she misses the snow, she enjoys the year-round sun. Taylor has been our Listing Coordinator since she moved here, and we are proud to call her “family”. If you have a house to sell, Taylor is behind the scenes orchestrating all the small details, truly making it all happen while never seeking the spotlight. When she is not navigating the sale of your home, Taylor enjoys reading and watching movies (the scarier the better). Get to know her and you will be wiser, Taylor is a font of interesting facts! Breynne Roberts Listing Concierge
Breynne is a St. George native and loves Southern Utah! She spent 3 years as a cosmetologist, coiffing her clientele to perfection. She then moved into a corporate career where she managed 200 employees and was vital in creating and implementing multiple successful projects and changes in their company. Bre adores the Larkin Group family and its culture of unity, camaraderie, and connection. She loves working with clients experiencing the life-changing event of buying or selling a home. "The client relationships we build are so powerful - almost surreal; we're honored to support them through those processes." Bre is married and mom to 2 charming, precocious little cuties. She enjoys camping, hiking, four-wheeling, playing softball, arts & crafts, and traveling with her family. Allison Larkin-Mudliar Marketing Specialist
Allison is from St. George, Utah, where she graduated from Dixie High as well as Dixie College, where she was on the Rebelettes Drill Team, a member of the Piano Ensemble, and was crowned Miss Dixie College,1990. She completed her education at Brigham Young University, where she enjoyed dancing with the International Folk Dance Ensemble. With 17+ years of piano training under her belt, Allison is a former private piano instructor. She spent one year as the Assistant Director for the National American Miss Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania pageants. But her favorite jobs usually find her glued to a computer, especially if she has something to proofread, edit, or beautify (yes, really). Allison is mom to two beautiful daughters. She loves St. George, and loves working with The Larkin Group!

Meet Charmie Mendoza, Transaction Specialist with the Operations Team! Charmie has a wealth of experience which includes multiple fortune 100 companies and over 8 years helping Larkin Group clients. Being an advocate of “doing it right the first time”, Charmie has earned numerous performance awards and is just plain dependable. We’re grateful to have her and know she’s always “got our backs”! When Charmie’s not dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s, she can be found keeping up with her awesome son and enjoying an active life.
